The company has managed to establish itself in the construction industry as a market leader in installation of decking systems and welding of shear stud connectors, threaded studs and wear studs for heavy mining equipment. Through the years Rican Contractors has established a good working relationship with a number of manufacturers of steel floor decking such as Lysagth , Stramit, Fielders, One Steel and Formdeck. Our senior management has been working together with our suppliers for the last 22 years as a consultant, contributing ideas and feedback on products, developing work procedures for installation and advising on safety aspects.
